Yesterday I got to indulge my inner voyeur at the Sacramento Mid-Century Modern Home Tour, a self-guided tour of seven homes and other various mid-century modern points of interest in the South Land Park, Land Park and Hollywood Park neighborhoods of Sacramento. The tour also featured a vintage car show, historic displays and a screening of “People in Glass Houses,” a documentary about Eichler Homes. This is only the second time they’ve held the tour, with the first one taking place back in 2010. Ever since then I’ve been waiting anxiously for round two. Well, after three years it finally happened and it was certainly worth the wait!
